Job Title: Accountant

Location: Accra Brief Job description:
• An accounting degree and minimum 5 years’ experience in accounting. • Excellent skills in preparation and analysis of accurate and timely budgets, financial reports and projections; • Knowledge & experience of accounting principles, policies and practices • Ability to use accounting software and Excel; • Good level of spoken English

Job Title: Project/programme Manager

Location: Upper Easter Region
Brief Job Description:
• The Project Manager will coordinate implementation of field activities, supervise field staff, and monitor/report on technical and financial status of field activities.
• Specialization/experience in one or more of the following:
o Agriculture (especially horticulture),
o Engineering (especially water resources, mechanical, or plastics),
o and Marketing (especially rural marketing),
• Bachelor’s degree, minimum 5 years of field experience,
• familiarity with rural communities and agriculture in Ghana,
• ability to drive a motorbike, and willingness to be based in, work and travel in remote locations.

Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location: Upper Easter Region
Brief Job Description:
• The Marketing Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing marketing campaigns aimed at rural households.
• Bachelor’s degree, minimum 3 years of experience in communications and/or marketing, especially rural marketing.
• Willingness to be based in, work and travel in remote locations.
Job Title: Market Development Officers
Location: Upper Easter Region
Brief job description:
• The Market Development Officers will work directly with communities, partners, and private sector entities.
• Specialization/experience in one or more of the following:
o Agriculture (especially horticulture),
o Engineering (especially water resources, mechanical, or plastics),
o and Marketing (especially rural marketing),
• HND or higher and at least 2 years of field experience;
• familiarity with rural communities and agriculture in Ghana,
• ability to drive a motorbike, and willingness to be based in, work and travel in remote locations.

Job Title: Monitoring and Evaluation Officer

Location: Upper Easter Region
Brief Job description:
• The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer will be responsible for data and information
• Collection, organization, and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree, minimum 3 years of experience in data collection,
• Data analysis and reporting. Ability to drive a motorbike, and willingness to be based in, work and travel in remote locations.

Benefits:

§                  Holiday bonus of 1 month’s salary paid at holiday of employee’s choice
§                  deposit of the equivalent of 2% of each employee’s monthly base salary into an        employee medical emergency fund, to pay for medical emergencies for  employees/families
